SUNBELT LANDSCAPE SERVICES offers annual landscape maintenance agreements.  Our agreements generally provide turn key landscape service.  Some optional services are also available for an additional charge.  This allows you, the homeowner or business owner to simply enjoy your property worry free as we provide care for your landscaping on a scheduled & pre planned basis.  Below is a brief description of the services that you can expect.

Lawn Areas

Service includes fertilization, weed control, disease & insect pest control, and mowing.

Shrubs, Shrub Beds, and Trees

Service includes fertilization, weed control, pruning and shearing of shrubs & trees, edging between lawn & shrub beds and disease & insect pest control.

Removal of Debris

During regular service, removal of debris will take place including removal of pinestraw, leaves, sand and other common debris from roadways and common sidewalks.  Debris removal due to acts of God incurs an additional charge.
