KEN WATSON - OWNER/PRESIDENT
Ken is from Britton’s Neck, SC (Marion County) and graduated from Britton’s Neck High School in 1981. His high school studies included 4 units of Landscape Horticulture and he continued those studies at Florence Darlington Technical College attaining an Associate’s Degree in Agriculture / Agronomy in 1983. Ken is married to Glenda Watson and they have 3 children.

GLENDA WATSON - OWNER/SECRETARY
Glenda is from Mullins, SC, and together with Ken, started Sunbelt Landscape Services in 1991. For many years Glenda provided full time administrative support. Today, she provides
administrative support for specific employee and accounts payable functions.

RICHARD ALTMAN - OPERATIONS MANAGER
Richard has been with Sunbelt Landscape since 1996. Richard's many years of experience has afforded him a wide range of knowlege and experience in all aspects of landscape management. He plans and oversees the daily crew schedules, repairs & maintains our equipment & vehicles, performs irrigation services for our contract customers and serves as the primary support for all chemical applications. Richard's ability to assist in multiple aspects of company and client needs has made him a valuable asset to his co-workers, our company and the clients that we serve.
ERIC LARRIMORE - TEAM LEADER
Eric has been with Sunbelt Landscape since 2005 and was a team member for many years before leading his own crew. Eric's crew, that grows to 6-7 workers during the season, is responsible for service at a large Residential community. Eric's local roots run deep so he is committed to leading a team that provides good service that will positively impact the success of our company and clients.
OSCAR ALSTON-BELLAMY - TEAM LEADER
Oscar has been with Sunbelt Landscape since 2025 and is a team leader responsible for service at residential homes and commercial business accounts. He leads of team of 3-4 workers year round servicing his assigned accounts. Oscar's cooperative manner and desire to please the customers that he serves is reflected in his attitude when difficult or unexpected situations arise. Oscar has been a fast learner and works hard to conquer the curve of any new learning opportunities that are presented to him.
